1. Who we are

Diatronik Automotive Class (“DAC”, “we”, “us”) operates diatronik-class.com, a platform selling online video courses, ebooks, and digital files for automotive diagnostics professionals. You can reach us any time at contact@diatronik-france.fr or through our contact page.

2. Your account

Purchases require a free account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal: sharing an account so that other people can access paid content is not permitted and may lead to suspension of access.

3. Purchases and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but changes never affect purchases you have already made. Access to purchased content is activated automatically after successful payment and confirmed by email.

4. License to the content

When you buy a course, ebook, or file you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to view and use the content for your own professional learning. You may not:

  • share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content or your access to it;
  • record, download, copy, or republish the videos or ebook pages;
  • use the content to build a competing training product.

Video content is watermarked and access is logged. Breach of this license terminates it without refund.

5. Lifetime access

“Lifetime access” means for the life of the platform: as long as diatronik-class.com operates, your purchased content stays available to you, including future updates to that content. If we ever discontinue the platform, we will give reasonable notice.

6. Professional disclaimer

Our courses teach professional diagnostic techniques on real vehicles and control units. Working on vehicle electronics carries inherent risk. You are responsible for applying what you learn safely, legally, and at your own risk. DAC is not liable for damage to vehicles, tools, or equipment resulting from the application of course material, and the content is provided “as is” without warranty of results.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. As digital content with instant lifetime access, purchases are non-refundable except for billing errors — see our Refund Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
